TERMS & CONDITIONS

If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, full payment of service will be required in advance before a new appointment can be taken.  If a new appointment is given and there is a second cancellation, the payment for service in advance will NOT be returned if the cancellation was done less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time.

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and accept them completely.  You are also stating that you have read and are agreeing to the waiver  of liability form & contract of service below. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note: After a second cancellation, no new appointment will be given regardless of when the appointment was cancelled.

Waiver of Liability & Contract of Services

This waiver releases Jarred Heaven’s Messenger from all liability and responsibility relating to any decisions I make after our session and to any emotional or physical distress I may suffer during or afterwards. By using his services I agree to the waiver in its entirety.

I acknowledge, understand and agree that Jarred Heaven’s Messenger offers his services for entertainment purposes only.

I have made Jarred Heaven’s Messenger aware of any and all medical or potential medical conditions I may or may not have and am responsible for any I may have left out knowingly or unknowingly.

I acknowledge and understand that Jarred Heaven’s Messenger is not a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, counsellor, therapist, and does not claim to be. He does NOT claim to replace any of the above mentioned medical practitioners or any others. He does NOT in any way, shape or form suggest that I avoid them or use his services as a replacement for them or any other conventional medical or professional services.

By using the services of Jarred Heaven’s Messenger I forfeit all right to hold Jarred Heaven’s Messenger responsible for any reason and I fully understand and agree to the above terms.
