Terms and Conditions
If an appointment is cancelled, full payment of service will be required in advance before a new appointment can be taken. If an appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours from the scheduled date and time or if there’s a no show, an additional cancellation fee of $50 will also be required before a new appointment can be taken. If a new appointment is given and there is a second cancellation, the payment for service in advance will NOT be returned, even if the cancellation was done more than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time.
By booking an appointment and completing your payment, you are agreeing to these terms and accept them completely. You are also stating that you have read and are agreeing to this waiver of liability form & contract of service waiver-of-liability
